• Please be mindful & only book appointments you plan on attending.
• Be sure to use the Subsequent Visit button to schedule your appointments.
• If you need to reschedule an appointment, please do so online at your earliest convenience.
• If you can’t find an available appointment, feel free to add your name to the waitlist.

A 24 hour cancellation policy is in effect. You will be billed in FULL for any appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
